Unconventional Combat in Kardun

Kardun stands out in the PC gaming landscape as an experimental take on combat mechanics. It strips away traditional graphics and controls, presenting players with a menu-driven interface where strategy and decision-making are paramount. Players harness up to 36 buttons to navigate through combat scenarios, elevating the entire experience into a blend of tactical planning and execution.

Tactical Menu-Driven Mechanics

The core mechanics center around a unique system where both players and foes select moves. Each contender can choose from a pool of six moves, which need to be charged before they can be deployed. This charged mechanism adds a layer of strategy: players must not only anticipate their opponent's actions but also manage their own resource of moves efficiently for victory. Successfully defeating an opponent allows players to commandeer their moves, enhancing customization for future battles.
