KAILA

The Descent into Kaila's Darkness

In KAILA, the narrative unfolds within a forsaken city, a refuge for those shunned by the world. This story-driven RPG plunges players into a haunting setting where the line between hope and despair blurs. Struggling against horrid entities, your party of outcasts must navigate a landscape of madness, as the city’s prosperity crumbles into chaos. Will you guide them to safety, or will they succumb to the horrors lurking in the shadows?

Unforgiving Gameplay Mechanics

Survival in Kaila is dire. Resources are scarce, meaning every decision can tilt the scales between life and death. Players must manage their party’s supplies diligently while ensuring that morale stays high amidst constant threats. The absence of traditional experience points encourages players to evolve their characters through choices and actions, rather than simple leveling. As enemies grow stronger, so must you, though every hour spent in development risks leaving your party vulnerable.
