절대사랑금지구역

A romance visual novel

절대사랑금지구역 is a romantic comedy visual novel for PC, set at a high school closed off as an “absolute no-love zone.” In this Korea, people with “explosive love cells” can cause explosions when they get too close to someone they love. The protagonist wanted a quiet life, but gets involved with three female students at the school.

Keeping affection in bounds

You choose dialogue options that raise or lower each heroine’s affection. The aim isn’t to push the relationship as high as possible: affection that’s too low prevents the relationship from continuing, while affection that’s too high can cause an explosion and end the game. You have to read each girl’s reactions and judge how much a choice might change her feelings, keeping the relationship within a narrow range.
