InteractiVR

Interview training simulator

InteractiVR is a PC interview training simulator where you practice job interviews with AI interviewers. You answer questions in spoken conversations, and the interviewers adapt to your responses rather than follow a fixed script.

Candidate and interviewer practice

You can practice as a job candidate, then switch roles and train as an interviewer. After candidate answers, the game gives feedback using the STAR method: Situation, Task, Action and Result. The feedback helps you structure answers around those four parts.
