Insanity: Altered

Psychiatric complex

Insanity: Altered is a psychological horror RPG for PC set in a decaying psychiatric complex. You wake strapped to a hospital bed with no memory, a handful of strange pills, and the sense that something inside your mind isn’t your own. To escape, you descend through the facility, recover memories and fight hostile patients.

The complex is divided into floors, each with its own enemies, dangers, bosses and secrets. Its wards contain rusted medical equipment, broken beds, barred windows and yellowed posters. Flickering lights, shifting paintings and whispers about patient numbers, diagnoses and names add to the uncertainty over what’s real.
