In contrast, the Patient is a less intelligent foe that, once triggered, will relentlessly chase you. Then there's the Porter; a tricky mage-like enemy who attacks with fireballs and teleports for quick escapes. Lastly, the Keeper is a formidable opponent who becomes enraged if you try to claim the artifact, doubling his health and damage.

Players can select from three distinct avatars, each equipped with specific weapons and abilities. Tiffany specializes in moderate HP and damage, wielding an MP5 with 150 bullets and a P320 for versatility. The Scout utilizes the M4A4 and a Colt 1911, while Igor, the stealthy figure in a suit, leans on the AK for firepower. Each character also has access to a trusty knife and an essential flashlight to help navigate dark areas.

The game features two primary areas. The Secret Laboratory offers a maze-like setting of expansive corridors and myriad doors, perfect for exploration and ingenuity. Alternatively, the Pyramid in the Desert challenges players to navigate its depths, ultimately facing a special artifact keeper.
