Immune Commander

Immune Commander on PC

Immune Commander is a strategy roguelike about defending a patient’s body from infection. You play as a dendritic cell, which carries information between innate and adaptive immunity. Bacteria enter through a scraped knee, viruses hijack cells, and a biofilm grows in the wound. Your job is to lead immune cells against these threats.

Leading immune cells

You recruit neutrophils and monocytes by standing near a blood vessel, then send them charging at pathogens with a single command. On desktop, Shift plus a direction issues the charge. You can also take a sample by touching a pathogen and carry it to a lymph node, where B cells build specific antibodies.
