The Cult of Hushroot

In Hushroot, players navigate the arcane world of a nameless cultist tasked with disseminating the will of a powerful, otherworldly organism known as Jhantar. Set on PC, this narrative-driven adventure whispers dark secrets and compelling choices as you influence the lives of those drawn into the cult's orbit. Each day holds new opportunities to manipulate the desires and fears of visitors addicted to Jhantar's will.

Crafting Amalgams for Manipulation

At the heart of Hushroot lies the mechanic of crafting Amalgams. At the start of each day, players create these unique entities to engage with various characters. Your crafted amalgams directly affect interactions and decisions, allowing you to explore deeper layers of each visitor's mind. Will you awaken their inner desires or suppress hidden fears? The balance creates an intriguing dynamic, as the emotional stakes rise with each decision.
