Honey or Else

An incremental bee game

Honey or Else is a PC incremental game about bees held captive by bears and forced to make honey. You plant flowers, hire bees, and upgrade the hive while the bees secretly plot to free their Queen.

Honey and the hive

The main work is building up honey production through flowers, more bees, and hive upgrades. The bees’ captivity and their plan for the Queen’s freedom give that incremental loop its premise: making honey serves the bears, while the bees work against them in secret.
