Hollywood Agent is a PC management sim about running an acting talent agency. You find actors, sign them, develop their careers, negotiate contracts and compete with rival agencies for clients and roles. Each month brings decisions about your roster and the agency’s finances, while actors’ ambitions and preferences can change over time.

Finding and signing actors

Actors apply each month, and scouts bring in more prospects. Each has skills, a background, home country, languages, accent, special abilities and personality, along with career ambitions, personal preferences and roles they refuse to take. You decide who has potential and negotiate a contract one offer at a time. Push for too much and an actor might leave; offer too much and the agency’s margins shrink.
