Hexgarden

Game summary

Hexgarden is a peaceful building and card game for PC where you gradually expand a magical garden. You arrange plant shapes to create synergies that increase your power, all while managing the threat of frost that can destroy your plants. The game operates in a turn-based format, allowing players to unlock new cards and artifacts over time for improved gameplay.

Plant and disaster cards

In each round, you start with a deck of plant cards that you draw from to place in your garden. Each plant has synergy edges, and placing them correctly next to compatible edges enhances your magical power when harvesting. Your deck also contains disaster cards, particularly frost, which kills all plants outside a protective barrier when drawn. As you play, you need to manage the risk of these disaster cards while maximizing the output from your plants.
