HAMSTER: CLAW is a single-player hack-and-slash action RPG for PC. You play a hamster chasing Bori, its companion, after an eagle owl carries Bori to a nest at the top of a giant tree. The climb runs through 50 floors, from roots and damp fungus caves to hollow heartwood, a hive and the canopy. Along the way, you fight insect swarms and build your hamster with weapons, loot and runes.

Combat and weapons

Ants, termites, beetles and flying insects attack in swarms. You can use one- or two-handed swords and axes, spears, bows, wands, staffs and shields. Weapon types have their own skills, which draw on fire, frost, lightning, poison or void. Skills grow stronger as they rank up, with early attacks developing into larger, more elaborate elemental effects by rank 20.
