Haiju

A Journey Through Japanese Mythology in Haiju

In Haiju, players take on the role of Raiju, an electric dog spirit on a quest to find his brother Fuju, a Benevolent Wind Spirit. With Fuju's disappearance disrupting the balance of the winds, players must navigate a richly woven world filled with ancient legends and mythical creatures. Collect 36 Heavenly Wind Bells to unlock pathways and restore order, all while battling powerful yokai lurking in the shadows.

Collectathon Elements Combined with RPG Mechanics

This game is a collectathon at heart, inviting players to gather items and unlock secrets as they explore lush landscapes and mystical realms. At the same time, Haiju incorporates optional RPG elements that enrich the narrative without interrupting the gameplay flow. Interactions with NPCs and story-driven dialogue can be approached at your own pace, making it easy to drop in for short sessions or engage in a more immersive adventure.
