Godyssey

A god on an island

Godyssey is a PC god game about regaining power after the other gods throw you down. You start with a faithful creature, two advisors who disagree, and an island whose people have never heard of you. Build belief among the villagers, spread your influence, and eventually take revenge on the gods who cast you down.

Belief and influence

You can win villagers over with kindness or terror. Rain on their fields to convince them you exist, or burn those fields instead. Your actions only reach as far as your influence, and each act pushes its reach farther across the land. The way you treat the people also shapes your alignment: the world changes with your actions, from the sky and grass to the claws on your hand.
