Gilt & Grime

Heartbreak and Opportunity in Tradeshaven

In Gilt & Grime, the struggle for redemption begins in a harsh medieval world framed by personal betrayal. Beatrice’s father has stripped away everything, leaving you on the road with nothing but a name, a town called Tradeshaven that promises opportunity for those willing to risk everything. The allure of this town beckons as you navigate through the bitter realities of life after loss.

The Dual Paths of Survival

Life in Tradeshaven is a constant balancing act between honest and dishonest work. You can toil for a pittance in the mine, the tavern, or at the workshop, each option filling your pockets slowly while rewarding you with a clean conscience. Alternatively, the shadowy corners of the town call to those who wish to play the game differently, offering schemes, favors, and the occasional morally questionable decision that could fill your coffers more rapidly.
