Gerrymap

Shape the Political Landscape in Gerrymap

In Gerrymap, players step into the shoes of political strategists, engaging in the complex world of gerrymandering. This PC game invites you to draw district maps with the intent of manipulating electoral outcomes. A state with four districts may seem straightforward, but the art of redistricting can skew results in unexpected ways. Your goal is to ensure your party secures its fair share, or more than fair, of representation.

Tackle Historical Challenges in Campaign Mode

The campaign mode is one of the standout features in Gerrymap. Spanning ten states, it challenges players with historical gerrymandering scenarios faced by Southern Democrats in the 1990s. Players will confront the intricacies of packing voters into majority-minority districts as mandated by the Voting Rights Act. Every decision can significantly impact the districts, reflecting real-world complexities in political representation.
