Gennady - Xbox One & Series

Roguelike in a meat factory

Gennady is a roguelike platformer set in a grim alien meat factory. You fight through compressed biomass and attack creatures that have crawled out of the factory’s moldy, green-stained pages. The game’s world uses a hand-drawn, frame-by-frame animation style, with a mostly black-and-white palette broken up by splashes of color.

Brawling and dashes

Combat combines classic brawling with fast dashes. You can use those dashes to get past obstacles or launch your body into the factory’s inhabitants, tearing them apart as a living projectile. The pace is built around moving and attacking quickly rather than relying on brawling alone.
