Match-3 combat

Gembound is a roguelite match-3 RPG for PC, with turn-based fights on a board shared by you and your enemy. Your gem satchel works as your deck: the gems you pack determine what gets dealt onto the board. You match gems and cast spells, while watching how each move changes the board for both sides. A match can help your attack but also leave an opening for the enemy.

Spells let you alter the board and respond to difficult positions. The timing and placement of a match matter because the enemy uses that same board. You’ll need to weigh the benefit of a move now against what it leaves behind for the next turn.
