Chess roguelike deckbuilding

Gambeat is a PC chess roguelike deckbuilder. You build a roster of chess pieces, then play battles on compact boards where every capture adds to your score. Each board has a target to reach before you can move on, so scoring enough means choosing plays that earn more than the basic points for a capture.

Stickers and builds

Stickers change how pieces work and how you score. The game has more than 200 to collect and combine, with options for bending chess rules or rewarding familiar tactics. A bishop can bounce off walls, while other stickers pay off classic plays such as forks and pins.
