Fortuna's Ledger

Game details

Fortuna's Ledger is a roguelike game for PC that focuses on the concept of luck as a resource. In the game, you control Sir Bramble without direct movement or combat input; instead, you influence outcomes using a currency of luck. Every point of luck can be spent or earned by making decisions that affect the success of attacks, treasure finds, and trap avoidance.

Luck and resource management

Luck functions as both currency and a risk factor. You can spend it to achieve critical hits or avoid damage, but you also accumulate luck through misfortune, like receiving lesser rewards. Managing this balance becomes crucial as running low on luck can lead to debt, with increasing interest and negative outcomes during gameplay.
