You follow Yuka, a nursing student, as she listens to families and learns from healthcare professionals. The game can be played without having finished the first First Steps in the NICU.

You read the story, make choices and play educational minigames about medical care and support. Across six chapters, the story covers family rounds, discharge planning conferences and the roles of nurses, doctors, rehabilitation professionals and other team members.
