Feather Trace

Game premise and mechanics

Feather Trace is a PC game that combines deck-building and birdwatching within a post-apocalyptic context. After environmental disasters have led to the extinction of many bird species, humans create biodomes to house the last surviving birds. Players take on the role of birdwatchers who explore various environments to study the remaining avian life.

Map exploration

Players set out on expeditions across fixed maps, initiating events, discovering treasure chests, and encountering different bird species and poses. As the player records more sightings in their Birdpedia, they'll unlock additional areas and rare bird species over time.
