A retro FPS in Tokyo

Everybody Hates You in TOKYO is a fast retro FPS for PC set in a 1990s version of Japan. You fight through 16 arenas against salarymen, street thugs, ninjas, samurai, vengeful spirits, and stranger enemies, using guns and movement to stay alive. The game gives little reason for the hostility: the focus is on getting through the stages.

Arenas across Japan

The arenas draw on places including Shinjuku, Shibuya Crossing, and Akihabara, as well as rooftops, shopping malls, fish markets, bamboo forests, and snow-covered villages. Later destinations get less grounded, with haunted towns, impossible architecture, endless yellow corridors, and the depths of Hell. Completing a stage unlocks another destination.
