European Airfreight Tycoon

Air cargo management

European Airfreight Tycoon is a PC management simulation about building an air cargo airline in Europe. You start with a modest aircraft, take on delivery contracts, and expand toward a network linking 26 real European airports. Route planning and scheduling sit alongside the business decisions: you set weekly timetables, bundle shipments, and weigh fuel costs against range and aircraft speed.

Contracts come from spot market offers, live bidding auctions, and scheduled routes. Rival airlines compete for market share, affecting supply and demand. Your decisions feed into the company’s profit, reputation, and growth.
