Empty Throne is a dark fantasy squad battle roguelite for PC. You create a hero, recruit companions and cross a ruined kingdom, fighting enemies along the way. Each run starts with your hero alone, and you can recruit up to seven companions from taverns and the road.

Squad battles and cards

Before each fight, you position your warband. Battles then play out in real time in 3D, with your squad fighting on its own while you use cards from your hand. Build elixir to play cards such as healing potions, fireballs, summons and spells that change the battlefield.
