DURMIENTES del Río Negro

Action in Patagonia

DURMIENTES del Río Negro is a PC action and exploration game set around Viedma and the Río Negro coast in Argentine Patagonia. Each chapter takes place during a night from a turning point in the region’s history, when the river wakes people it took. You fight as returning spirits tied to local history, with each guardian having its own way of fighting.

Seven nights

The first stage covers Viedma and its coast across seven vigils: the founding in 1779; the defense of the coast against an imperial fleet in 1827; the wreck of the Cóndor in 1881; the Río Negro Lighthouse in 1887; the great flood of 1899; the 1931 Bridge Vigil with railway bridge workers; and the Sea Cave Vigil today, on a spring-tide night.
