Drilling Down Under

Co-op drilling in Australia

Drilling Down Under is a PC drilling game with online co-op for up to four players. You and your crew travel by charter to work sites, position a hole and operate a drill. Finding ore earns money; an unsuccessful hole still leaves you with the bills. Players can divide the work and split the pay, using proximity voice chat or UHF radios to talk.

Jobs and drill rigs

There are 22 jobs across Australia, involving coal, iron, gold and diamonds. Drilling means changing rods, clearing a choked cyclone and bagging samples. You can use three rigs, from a worn crawler operated by hand to a large yellow truck rig that handles more of the work.
