Dreams on a Pillow

A Profound Journey in Dreams on a Pillow

Dreams on a Pillow is a poignant puzzle adventure game that intricately blends pseudo-stealth mechanics with a rich narrative inspired by a Palestinian folk tale. Set against the backdrop of the 1948 Nakba, players assume the role of Khadra, a young woman navigating both her haunting memories and the bleak realities of seeking refuge after a devastating attack on her hometown.

Navigate Between Reality and Memory

As Khadra, players traverse a landscape filled with danger while holding onto a pillow that serves as her fragile sanctuary. This unique mechanic adds a layer of tension: while the pillow offers a sense of safety, it also restricts movement and decision-making, forcing Khadra to face harrowing choices. Those choices impact her path through memories and the stark evidence of a life disrupted by violence.
