Donor Zero

Explore a Darkly Humorous World in Donor Zero

Donor Zero invites players into the twisted underbelly of 1993 Indiana, where Frank Sheldon, formerly part of a clandestine military operation, now profits from an illegal alien organ trade. In this survival game played on PC, players must navigate a cutthroat black market while managing the perils of extraction and evading the ever-watchful eye of law enforcement.

Grimy Operations and Extraction Mechanics

Frank's day-to-day involves meticulous extraction processes that are anything but simple. Each alien specimen presents a unique challenge, requiring players to employ tools like scalpels and laser cutters with precision. The mechanics focus on hands-on interaction, where you'll trace incision paths, manage heat sources to avoid damaging tissues, and utilize scanners to uncover hidden organs. It's a puzzle waiting for your steady hands to solve.
