Detourist

Step into the Enigmatic World of Detourist

Detourist invites players to navigate a mysterious realm as a fallen protagonist whose body radiates an otherworldly light. This glow serves not only as a beacon but as a crucial mechanic for unraveling the secrets and hidden passages of an uncharted landscape. Every move you make illuminates a path, but that light is also a limitation in your quest to explore this abandoned world.

Light and Limitations in Gameplay

As you venture deeper into the shadows, dependent on your character's unique glow, you'll face challenges that test your understanding of space and perspective. The dimly lit environments force you to rethink proximity, where what you see is not always what you get. The risk and reward dynamics of visibility create an engaging tension as players must adapt to a rhythm of careful navigation and exploration.
