Desktop Cat or Potat

Cats on your desktop

Desktop Cat or Potat is a small idle game for PC where hand-drawn cats keep you company on your desktop while you work, study, or leave the game running during a break. You collect cats and let them roam across the screen. Each has its own habits, and they all want attention from their human.

The cats earn points over time, which you use to unlock more furry companions. The loop is built around checking in, gathering what the cats have earned, and adding another cat to your desktop. The game frames them as coworkers who have their own priorities, rather than helpers with assignments to complete.
