Deadwaters is a 16-player social deduction game for PC, set aboard a 17th-century ship. Every passenger has a role and an objective, and some have reasons to deceive or harm the crew. By day, you walk the deck, talk with other players and gather information. By night, hidden roles use secret actions while the rest of the ship waits to see what happened.

Roles and objectives

Roles determine your abilities and goals. Investigators uncover information, protectors try to keep others alive, and criminals manipulate the crew. Killers hunt targets, while neutral roles pursue objectives of their own. You might protect someone, investigate a suspicious player, sabotage the ship or eliminate someone in your way. Information can help the crew, but a player sharing it may be lying.
