D1896

Step into the Shadows of D1896

D1896 invites players into a chilling world that pays homage to the early days of horror cinema. Drawing inspiration from the first horror film, "Le Manoir Du Diable," this action-adventure platformer offers a blend of classic storytelling and challenging gameplay. Set against a backdrop reminiscent of the silent film era, the game elevates its narrative through references to Bram Stoker's Dracula and Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland.

Experience the Challenge of a Colorless World

The game is decidedly minimalist, with no colors to distract players from its remains of eerie landscapes and foreboding traps. Unlike many modern titles, D1896 avoids RPG elements entirely. Players will find no health bars or collection of items. It's a straightforward experience that focuses heavily on skill and strategy, making every move crucial to your success.
