Crest - an indirect god sim

A New Era in God Simulation with Crest

Crest redefines the god sim genre on PC, putting players in the role of a deity who must navigate the complexities of guiding followers. Rather than having absolute power, you shape your people's beliefs through commandments conveyed in a pictographic language. As players issue commands, the evolving interpretations by their followers lead to unforeseen ripple effects, showcasing the unpredictable nature of divine influence.

Commandments that Evolve Over Time

In Crest, the way your followers interpret commandments is anything but fixed. Players witness firsthand how their decisions, intentional or otherwise, shift the religious landscape. Each command may take on new meanings shaped by experiences and environmental changes, creating a dynamic interplay of faith and free will. This means that your once-clear direction might lead your followers to unexpected paths, complicating their loyalty and respect toward you.
