Condotta

Mercenary company

Condotta is a turn-based strategy game set on trade roads in Flanders, the Italian hills, and the Baltic borderlands. You choose a captain and build a mercenary company that takes paid contracts, from delivering a sealed letter to collecting a debt or killing an enemy. Payment comes in hard coin, if your fighters survive the job.

Formation battles

Fights play out in turn-based formations, with each fighter serving a role. Pikemen are dangerous to cavalry, while light cavalry can reach enemies deep in the opposing formation. You choose fighters with complementary skills, position them, and use their abilities to break the enemy company.
