Game premise and structure

Combat Arena Tactics is a tactical strategy game for PC where players command units in an arena against an opponent. Beginning with a three-phase draft, you and your opponent take turns selecting units from a roster of 12 unique characters. Each match requires careful planning and strategic thinking as you position units and utilize their special abilities effectively.

Drafting system

The game's drafting system involves three phases, allowing for a mixture of unit placements. Each unit can be selected various times or restricted to a single instance, depending on the draft circumstances. The player controlling the white pieces begins with a tempo advantage, moving first in the match, while the black pieces take on a more responsive role, able to counter the initial strategy after making their selections.
