Army autobattler

Colonials is a PC army autobattler about reclaiming a colony overrun by the Chitin, a bug hive. Before each fight, you place your squads and give them orders, such as holding a line, intercepting a charge or guarding an objective. Troopers choose their own targets; engineers build sentries under fire, and medics keep the troops standing. You set the plan, then watch the battle play out.

Rounds and upgrades

Each map runs for five rounds and ends with a boss fight. Winning advances you to the next round, while losing sends you back to the first round to try again. Either way, you earn money to spend on recruits, training and larger barracks. That means a failed attempt can still leave your army stronger for the next one.
