Clay platforming

Claybound is a PC platformer built around shaping clay into parts of the route. You push, stretch, roll and pack it into forms such as ramps, bridges, boulders and walls, then run, jump and stomp across what you’ve made. The clay can also be lifted from pools or pressed into place, so getting across an obstacle means changing the material around it rather than simply following a fixed path.

Some of that shaping is tied to specific tasks. You can raise a boulder and send it through an arch, swell clay beneath your feet, tip a sheet into a ramp, or press a bridge up toward a sky bell. The game also asks you to repair broken floors and snapped spans, and to mend jammed gears with clay. Stomping helps set repairs in place, and the structure has to bear your weight.
