Cité Alexandrie

Culture is Contraband: Cité Alexandrie Sets the Stage

In Cité Alexandrie, a thrilling Narrative Management game set in an alternate 1980s France, players are thrust into an oppressive world where culture is explicitly forbidden. Through the lens of Virtual Reality (VR), you take on the role of an undercover supplier working to smuggle banned items (books, music, and comics) while outsmarting the relentless Cultural Interdiction Brigade (CIB). Each decision influences not just the outcome of your operations but the very fabric of society in this dystopian universe.

Build Your Clandestine Network with Strategic Choices

Framed within a physical and intuitive VR diorama, the game allows players to engage in resource management like never before. Rotate and inspect your high-rise tower, strategizing your next cultural smuggling operation. You’ll need to recruit lookouts, delivery agents, and savvy resellers to help navigate the treacherous landscape of forbidden items such as audio tapes and fanzines. Every choice is a balancing act, demanding keen attention to both resources and the lurking dangers.
