Carrying the flame

Cinderpeak is a precision platformer about Wren, a child from Lowmere carrying Cinder, the last piece of a beacon’s fire, up a mountain to relight it. Cinder rides on Wren’s head, complains, and can throw the pair through the air. The beacon has gone dark, and Cinder’s scattered memories are tied to sparks found along the way.

You run, jump, grab walls and dash through short rooms. The dash recharges when you touch the ground, so you have to choose where to use it. A fall sends you back to the start of the room, and rooms are designed around fixed hazards and routes rather than random outcomes.
