Caveman vs Everything is a top-down arena roguelite for PC about protecting a totem as enemies advance through four eras. You hold a small patch of ground against waves arriving from every edge, from wild animals and rival cavemen to musketeers, drones, snipers, and a tank. Most enemies target the totem rather than you.

Spears and changing cover

You can throw your spear or stab with it. Throwing leaves you without the weapon until it recharges or you retrieve it, so attacking at range can mean going out to collect your spear. You also use whatever equipment and perks the run has provided.
