Caterpilla (Spectrum/VIC-20)

Rediscover the Classic Charm of Caterpilla

Originally released in 1983, Caterpilla made a historic mark as one of the earliest titles from Ocean Software, a powerhouse in the gaming world during the 1980s and 90s. Now, players can revisit this arcade-style classic through a remastered emulated version on PC. The nostalgic gameplay will transport you back to the pixelated glory days of retro gaming, offering both a challenge and a sense of whimsy.

Navigate the Perils of the Caterpilla

The gameplay centers around a menacing caterpillar that slithers down the screen, challenging players to shoot it before it reaches the bottom. Timing and precision are crucial as you aim to thwart its descent. Each moment counts, as the pressure mounts with the arrival of obstacles in the form of mushrooms that obstruct your shots. Are you fast enough to react, or will the Caterpilla reach its destination?
