Catalyst

An Unsettling Journey in Catalyst

Catalyst invites players into a haunting world of psychotherapy, where each choice can unravel or deepen the mysteries at hand. Set against a backdrop of eerily ambient sounds and unsettling visuals, this PC game transforms players into Dr. Novak, a psychotherapist grappling with both external challenges and his own crumbling psyche. As the narrative unfolds, every decision brings you closer to understanding the enigmatic therapy sessions inherited from the late Dr. Pokorny.

The Layers of a Disturbing Narrative

Upon taking over the deceased practice, Dr. Novak inherits not only a struggling clientele but also Mrs. Ruzicka, the late psychologist's long-suffering secretary. Players will encounter a story crafted through newspaper articles, handwritten notes, and audio recordings, all contributing to the overarching narrative. The unique presentation keeps players engaged, as they sift through these artifacts to piece together the backstory of Dr. Pokorny and his patients.
