Game premise and objectives

Candlestick Coup is a consortium strategy game focusing on financial markets through sector candlestick charts. You start with 1 billion in capital and compete against seven rivals, each with distinct strategies, to achieve the highest net worth over 12 rounds. The main objective is to survive the final round with your fortune intact, allowing you to be declared the God of K-Line.

In the game, you open by allocating funds across eight sectors: Tech, Energy, Healthcare, Finance, Consumer, Industrials, Defense, and Real Estate. Each decision can significantly impact your capital, as prices are influenced by various factors like sentiment, sector contagion, and retail flows. Players need to choose wisely on where to invest while considering market fluctuations.
