Campsite

Fires in the forest

Campsite is a first-person survival horror game for PC, set in a dark forest with six campfires burning down. You have to keep them lit until dawn while avoiding the Hollow, a creature that hunts outside the fires’ reach. A fire’s heart is the only safe place, and it’s where your wounds heal, but you can’t stay there for long: the other fires keep burning while you wait.

Wood and firelight

You collect wood from piles in the dark between camps, carrying three bundles at a time. Each trip leaves the pile smaller, and the same wood feeds both campfires and your lantern. You have to choose where to spend it: lantern light helps when you’re away from camp, but burning wood in a fire keeps that safe area alive.
