Cable Management Simulator

Cable installation

Cable Management Simulator is a first-person PC simulation game about wiring a server room at your own pace. You measure cable runs, cut the cable, route it through the room and plug it into ports across eight racks. Planning matters: a correctly cut cable sits straight and square, while one cut too long sags and stays that way.

You can trace routes to keep track of their lengths and placements before installing them. The room has 3,072 ports, and you can work through the racks from top to bottom or choose routes across the ceiling. There are no timers, and work orders don't expire or get refused.
