Burnout Simulator

Workplace survival

Burnout Simulator is a PC workplace survival game set at Peak Performnance Inc. You try to survive three weeks of layoffs, where the employee last in the pecking order is fired each day.

Tasks and workplace rules

You control your schedule, but not which tasks you’re assigned or their deadlines. The company encourages feedback, and you can shoot down your boss’s ideas, though bruising their ego costs you standing.
