Burn It Back is a real-time strategy game for PC about keeping a small settlement alive above a bunker. The bunker’s coal is running low, so people are sent up a shaft into a snow-covered taiga. You gather timber, scrap and coal, then build bunkhouses, stoves and a cookhouse to house and feed the settlers.

Cold and hunger put pressure on the settlement: people need to stay warm, fed and healthy. The bunker also sets quotas. Meeting them brings supplies and new settlers up the lift; falling behind makes the rules harder. The settlement grows from a hatch in the snow into a fortified outpost, across three shaft tiers.
