In Breathe of the Abyss, players find themselves submerged in a short, gripping psychological horror experience on PC. Set in the eerie depths of the ocean, each dive reveals altered realities, fragmented memories, and haunting anomalies that gradually pull back the layers of an unsettling truth. This game invites players to confront their fears as they continually descend into the unknown, where each loop introduces new challenges and eerie environmental cues.

Loop-Based Exploration in the Depths

The gameplay centers around a loop-based descent, commencing each cycle at a shallow depth and progressing toward an abandoned platform, located 50 meters beneath the surface. Upon running out of oxygen, players will return to the starting point, only to discover that subtle changes have occurred in the environment. This mechanic ingeniously builds tension, prompting users to pay close attention to their surroundings, as the familiar transforms into the uncanny.
