BOSSA BURGER

Burger-building roguelite

BOSSA BURGER is a PC burger-building roguelite where ingredients make music as you assemble orders. Buns, patties, cheese, vegetables and sauces each contribute notes to a song: the bun sets the bass and chord, while adding ingredients in the right order builds the melody. A correctly timed ingredient gets a musical note marker; forgotten or incorrect ingredients produce sour or clashing notes.

Four bun types correspond to chords: Classic is F, Sesame is C, Butter is Dm and Brioche is Gm7. The menu board lays out a chord progression, and serving a burger plays its notes as an arpeggio. Order bells, foil and coins are tuned to the current chord, too.
